Inspections

Owning an RV should be an Adventure… in a good way. Not leaving you wondering if it's safe to use. Whether you are buying a new RV, yours has been sitting unused for an extended period of time, or past issues have made you hesitant to take it on the road, we're here to help.

Our targeted inspections evaluate your RV’s critical systems to identify potential safety concerns and verify that everything is operating as intended. We provide a detailed assessment of your RV’s condition so you can travel with confidence. If any issues are discovered, we can recommend and perform the necessary repairs to get your RV ready for safe and reliable use.  If the inspection is for a new RV (or new to you), you can discuss with the dealer what needs to be repaired before you purchase.

To ensure a complete and accurate inspection of all appliances and systems, the RV must be connected to all required utilities, including shore power, a fresh water supply, and a sewer connection at the time of the inspection. In addition, at least one propane cylinder must contain sufficient fuel for testing propane-operated equipment.

For RV absorption refrigerators that operate on propane, the refrigerator should be turned on a minimum of 12 hours prior to the inspection. This allows adequate time for the unit to reach normal operating temperatures and enables accurate performance and temperature evaluations during the inspection.

Our RV Pre-Purchase Inspection is a targeted evaluation of an RV's condition before you finalize your purchase. The inspection is designed to identify existing defects, safety concerns, maintenance issues, and signs of damage that may not be apparent during a walkthrough.

Our qualified inspector examines the RV's major systems and components, including the roof, exterior, chassis, electrical system, plumbing system, appliances, heating and cooling systems, and other accessible areas. The goal is to provide an objective assessment of the RV's overall condition, helping buyers make informed decisions and avoid unexpected repairs or costly surprises after purchase.

A pre-purchase inspection can provide valuable peace of mind by giving you a clear understanding of the RV's condition, maintenance needs, and potential repair costs before committing to the investment.

Our RV Safety Inspection is a thorough evaluation of an RV's critical systems and components to help ensure it can be operated safely and reliably. The inspection focuses on identifying potential safety hazards, system malfunctions, and maintenance concerns that could affect the safe use of the RV on the road or at the campsite.

During the inspection, key areas such as the propane system, electrical system, appliances, brakes, tires, suspension, towing components, and other safety-related equipment are evaluated for proper operation and condition. The inspection may also identify signs of wear, damage, or deferred maintenance that could lead to future problems.

The goal of an RV Safety Inspection is to provide owners with a clear understanding of their RV's condition, helping them address safety concerns before they become costly repairs or roadside issues. Whether your RV has been in storage, recently purchased, or preparing for travel, a safety inspection can provide confidence that your RV is ready for its next adventure.

An RV Maintenance Inspection is a comprehensive assessment of your RV’s major systems, components, and routine service items to help identify maintenance needs before they become costly repairs. The inspection focuses on evaluating the condition, operation, and overall performance of key systems to ensure your RV remains reliable and ready for travel.

During the inspection, areas such as the roof, seals, tires, brakes, batteries, electrical system, plumbing system, appliances, heating and cooling systems, and other critical components are examined for signs of wear, deterioration, or improper operation. Service items that require attention, adjustment, cleaning, or replacement may also be identified.

The goal of an RV Maintenance Inspection is to help owners stay ahead of potential issues, extend the life of their RV, and reduce the likelihood of unexpected breakdowns. By addressing maintenance concerns early, you can protect your investment, improve reliability, and enjoy greater peace of mind on every trip.
